NavStar Technologies Announces Second Distribution Agreement

ANAHEIM, CA--(Marketwire - March 28, 2011) - NavStar Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NVSR), a company focused on producing and commercializing products and services for tracking/monitoring and reporting on the location and condition of high value cargo and other assets, announced today it has reached an agreement with Ross Equipment, Inc. to distribute its Electronic On Board Recorder (EOBR) hardware and services.

Ross Equipment (Ross) has served the trucking and bus industry since 1951 and is located in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Ross serves a client base from Long Island, to Manhattan, to most of New Jersey. Its customer base includes trucking companies servicing the New York/New Jersey container Port, the largest container Port on the Eastern United States, and the third largest in the country.

N. Douglas Pritt, Chairman and CEO, NavStar Technologies, Inc., stated, "We are pleased to announce that Ross Equipment has agreed to act as one of our distributors. We have determined a plan to expose our EOBR to the largest audience we can, and our agreement with Ross is just a part of that strategy. We feel that relationships we are forming now, as well as relationships that may develop from the MATS show in Louisville the end of March, will help introduce NavStar to the EOBR market, and the U.S. trucking industry."

Ross serves the Trucking, Bus and Military industries, and has a warehouse/distribution facility to better serve its customers. The agreement with Ross is another result of NavStar's relationship with the New Jersey Truck Association. Ross will start introducing NavStar's EOBR hardware and services to its customers in the coming weeks.

NavStar will be an exhibitor at the Mid America Trucking Show (MATS) in Louisville, KY, from March 31st to April 2nd, 2011. Exposure generated from the MATS show, as well as the recently announced distribution agreements with Plaza Fleet and, now, Ross Equipment, will provide NavStar with the proper initial exposure to the trucking industry, and help develop relationships with small to mid-sized fleets and owner/operator drivers.
