Naxos of America Appoints Rick Dunlop Senior Vice President, Naxos Records North America

FRANKLIN, TN--(Marketwired - October 07, 2015) - Naxos of America has announced that Rick Dunlop has been appointed the Senior Vice President, Naxos Records North America.

In announcing his this appointment, Jeff Van Driel, Naxos' CEO commented: "Rick is one of the most experienced executives in the music industry, with a well established record of organizational and sales success. His talents strengthen an already outstanding executive team."

Since 2004, Rick Dunlop has been Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Naxos of Canada. During that time he has helped establish national brand marketing for Naxos, and has been a leader in developing Naxos's presence in internet and download retail.

Prior to joining Naxos team, Rick worked for more than two decades in various positions at Universal Music Canada including National Sales/Marketing Manager, and Vice-President/Director of Universal Classical and Jazz. His time at Universal afforded him the opportunity to work with key artists from Andrea Bocelli to Diana Krall, while helping to launch the careers of artists such as Russell Watson and Cecilia Bartoli.
