NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - September 17, 2008) - NDC Capital Partners LLC ("NDC") today announced a co-investment with Capital Assets, Inc. for the acquisition of Arbor Lake Apartments, a 152-unit class B apartment complex located in Oklahoma City, OK. The property is located in Northwest Oklahoma City, a submarket at the forefront of revenue and apartment market growth.
