NDC Capital Partners Announces a Real Estate Co-Investment With HSM Equity Partners

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 1, 2007 -- NDC Capital Partners LLC ("NDC") today announced a co-investment with HSM Equity Partners ("HSM") for the acquisition of Vineyard Marketplace, a shopping center of 121,228 sf with the potential to develop an additional 7,786 sf. The anchor tenant, Hobby Lobby, occupies 61,644 sf of the center. The shopping center is centrally located in the D/FW Metroplex in Grapevine, TX. The city of Grapevine has a population of 47,599 and is an attractive setting for both business and leisure visitors, located within two miles of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The city is just 21 miles northwest Dallas and 19 miles northeast of Fort Worth, providing convenient access to big city amenities. Grapevine offers an attractive balance of residential, retail, and office development.
