NDC Capital Partners Announces a Real Estate Co-Investment With HSM Equity Partners

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - September 19, 2007) - NDC Capital Partners LLC ("NDC") today announced a co-investment with Henry S. Miller Company for the acquisition of Valley Ranch Centre, a grocery-anchored shopping center located on the southeast corner of South MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road. Situated near the border of Coppell and Irving, the center is considered a part of the Valley Ranch master-planned community. The well balanced tenant roster at the property offers a diversified variety of services ranging from restaurants, medical services, financial services and personal service stores associated with a local neighborhood center.
