NDP Unveils French TV Ad Extending Invitation: NDP is Alternative to Liberal Corruption and Conservative Agenda

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 20, 2006) - The NDP launched a new French TV ad extending an invitation to people who voted Liberal in the past, but who can't in this election because of the Liberal government's record of corruption and broken promises.

"Many people tell us that the Liberals have disappointed them, but that they don't agree with the Conservative agenda and feel that the Bloc just hasn't delivered any results," said NDP communications director Brad Lavigne.

"Our ad makes it clear to these people that there is another option and a better choice," said Lavigne. "The NDP will make sure you get the services you've paid for with your tax dollars, and shares your priorities for public health care, for the environment and for education."

The ad is posted on the NDP web site at npd.ca/invitationad.
