WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwired - December 06, 2016) - The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) has released a solicitation for contractors to submit proposals for delivering diversity training as part of a larger leadership development program.
The NEA intends to award the contract to a small business, in accordance with FAR 6.203, and will reject offers from businesses who do not meet small business qualification standards.
Contractors interested in this opportunity must respond to the solicitation by no later than December 15, 2016 at 5 p.m. with the following information:
- DUNS Number and CAGE Code
- Small Business status
- Website or other literature/material that reflects capability to provide services

To receive the contract, contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database, and have as part of the Registration all current Representations and Certifications.
