Nectar Expands Executive Team With Two Dynamic Hires

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - October 13, 2009) - Nectar Services Corp., an IP communications services firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Juma Technology Corp. (OTCBB: JUMT), today welcomed two veteran professionals to lead its product and channel divisions.

The new posts were created to support an enormous market demand and rapidly expanding reseller program.

Carl Baptiste has been named as Nectar's Vice-President of Product Management. In this capacity, Baptiste assumes responsibility for guiding the company's product development and driving Nectar's go-to-market strategy.

Baptiste joins Nectar from Avaya Inc. where he served as Vice President of Product Management for the Converged Systems Division. At Avaya, Baptiste defined the company's global VoIP strategy while leading their Research and Development architecture team. He maintains an extensive background in data and voice networks with over 20 years of experience in bringing complex communications systems to market. Prior to Avaya, Baptiste held product management leadership positions at Convergent Networks and Nortel Networks. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.

Robert Sbarra has been appointed Vice-President of Channel Sales. In this capacity, Sbarra will help shape the company's rapidly expanding Channel Reseller Program and will maintain responsibility for driving channel sales revenue.

Sbarra maintains over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing channel strategies. Prior to joining Nectar, Sbarra was Avaya's Vice President of Channel Development for North America. In this role, he advanced business development strategies to drive growth and profitability within the Avaya Channel. Previously, he led the Channel Team at the Hewlett Packard Company as Director. Sbarra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University.
