Nemaska Lithium Inc. ("Nemaska" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:NMX)(OTCQX:NMKEF) announces today that it has completed the last tranche ($250,000) of its brokered offering for a total gross proceeds of $1,500,000, by the issuance of 8,823,530 Units (hereafter defined) at a price of $0.17 per Unit (the "Offering") by way of a Prospectus Supplement (hereafter defined). Simultaneously the Corporation has accepted a brokered private placement subscription by a European Investor for an amount of $42,500, for 250,000 Units. Each Warrant will entitle its holder to purchase one Common Share, at a price of $0.25 per Common Share, on the date that is 12 months following the closing date of the Offering.

The net proceeds of the Offering will allow the Corporation to (i) continue the permitting process to build and operate a mine and concentrator on the Whabouchi property, including the follow up work in relation to such permitting and (ii) fund the general administrative expenses and other working capital needs.

"The recent signing of the Chinuchi Agreement between the Crees and Nemaska Lithium, coupled with this latest financing, enables us to pursue the last steps of the permitting process for the construction and operation of the Whabouchi mine," commented Guy Bourassa, President and CEO of Nemaska Lithium. "Equally important, this financing strengthens our balance sheet as we actively pursue ongoing discussions with large end-users of lithium compounds."

In addition to this financing, the Corporation received $392,100 from the exercise of outstanding share purchase warrants at a price of $0.18 and $0.20 per share in August 2014 and also received in September 2014 a total of $180,576 from the exercise of options by directors and officers at a price per share of $0.144.

Nemaska filed on November 5, 2014, a supplement prospectus amending and restating the prospectus supplement no. 4 (the "Prospectus Supplement") filed on October 20, 2014 to modify the amount of the Offering and to confirm the terms of the Offering.
