Nemx SecurExchange™ Authorized Reseller Program Builds Momentum, Adds New Partners in North America and Europe

Company Announces Channel Sales Manager

OTTAWA, ON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 20, 2005 -- Nemx Software, provider of the SecurExchange™ intelligent email monitoring solution, today announced that since the launch of the SecureExchange Reseller program, less than two months ago, the company has added a number of new partners in both North America and Europe. The program's growth comes in response to the ever-increasing need for organizations to address growing concerns over issues of corporate liability, risk, corporate and regulatory content compliance, and privacy related to both the deliberate and inadvertent misuse of email. Customer demand for secure e-mail and content protection solutions designed specifically for the Microsoft Exchange environment is driving opportunities for SecurExchange channel partners. Nemx also announced the addition of Kirk Zynger as the company's new channel sales manager.

Amongst some of Nemx's first VAR partners were PCS International (US), Bison Systems AG (Europe, a division of PC Ware) and Fleximation Systems (Canada). Also partnering with Nemx, in the first weeks of the program, were corporate resellers Softchoice and Programmers Paradise.

Most recently, Zynger was a senior account executive with a tier one national software distribution company. He brings extensive experience in software sales and partner relationship management to his role with Nemx.
