Neology Files Lawsuit Against Kapsch TrafficCom USA for Patent Infringement

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - March 04, 2014) - Neology, a pioneer of passive RFID technology, today announced it has filed a lawsuit in a U.S. District Court against Kapsch TrafficCom USA for infringement of Neology patents.

The lawsuit demands that Kapsch TrafficCom USA immediately and permanently stop directly or indirectly making, using, selling or offering for sale, importing or exporting, all infringing RFID products including systems, subsystems, readers, and tag products. Neology is represented in this matter By Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch, and in particular by partner Robert Sloss.
