Neopost Limited Shortlisted as a Finalist for the Customer Contact Innovation Awards 2014

ROMFORD, ESSEX--(Marketwired - Jan. 9, 2014) - Neopost Limited, a global leader in document, mail and parcel processing solutions, announces that it has been shortlisted for the Customer Contact Innovation Awards 2014.

The awards are organised and presented by The Professional and Planning Forum, an independent industry body established in 2000 to promote best practice and effective planning in customer contact operations, working in all sectors to provide strategic advice to managers and offer specialist training and accreditation for planning and analysis.

Following an evaluation process involving 25 judges, Neopost has been shortlisted as one of 17 finalists. The judges will now visit each organisation to conduct an in-depth evaluation. Judging was a massive opportunity to "visit other businesses that are doing great things…a real chance for me to grow in my role", explained Ally Gray, Head of Call Centre Architecture at Reponse and one of the judges. Emma Botfield, Head of Customer Services at BT who also judged last year, added, "I enjoyed the whole experience of learning from other businesses, recognising the professionalism in the industry and being able to go back and challenge my own organisation."

The winners will be announced at Customer Strategy and Planning 2014 on April 29th- 30th at the Hilton Metropole in Brighton.
