Neopost Wins Best Contact Centre Manager of the Year Award

ROMFORD, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - June 4, 2013) - Neopost Limited, a global leader in document, mail and parcel processing solutions, today announces that their employee Alan Woodford has won the Best Contact Centre Manager of the year award at the London and South East Contact Centre Forum awards ceremony held at the Park Plaza Hotel on 17th May, 2013. The Forum provides a regional Operations user group for an area that is home to over 1,000 Contact/Call & Customer Service Centres.

The Neopost contact centre is based in Romford, Essex and employs 142 agents to manage 1800 technical and administrative queries per day. Neopost has invested significantly in award winning telephony leveraging technology to improve productivity and improve the customer experience at the same time.
