Nestor, Inc. Drops Patent Infringement Suit Against Redflex Traffic Systems, Inc.

PROVIDENCE, RI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 27, 2005 -- Nestor, Inc. (OTC BB: NESO), the parent of Nestor Traffic Systems, Inc., today dropped its lawsuit alleging infringement of U.S. Patent Number 6,188,329, "Integrated traffic light violation citation generation and court date scheduling system" against Redflex Traffic Systems, Inc.

Nestor Traffic Systems (NTS) provides automated traffic safety solutions to state and municipal governments. Our goal is to deliver effective solutions for intersection and roadway safety.
