Nestor Traffic Systems, Inc. Executes New Public Safety Contract With the City of San Juan Capistrano, California

Nestor to Upgrade Existing Wet Film Sites to All-Digital Solution

PROVIDENCE, RI--(Marketwire - July 10, 2007) - Nestor Traffic Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Nestor, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEST), a leading provider of advanced automated traffic enforcement solutions and services, announced today that the City of San Juan Capistrano in Orange County, California has entered into a 5-year contract to employ Nestor Traffic Systems' CrossingGuard® red light enforcement solution and all related services. Nestor will work with the City to transition from its current red light enforcement service provider Redflex Traffic Systems, Inc. Nestor initially will replace four approaches in the City to the all-digital CrossingGuard® system and may add four new approaches under the new contract. The contract is the result of a competitive solicitation initiated by the City in 2005.
