Nestor Traffic Systems, Inc. Signs New Automated Enforcement Contracts With the Cities of Hudson and Corrigan, Texas

PROVIDENCE, RI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 30, 2007 -- Nestor Traffic Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Nestor, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEST) and leading provider of advanced traffic enforcement solutions, is pleased to announce that the Cities of Hudson, Texas and Corrigan, Texas have each executed a 3-year contract with Nestor Traffic Systems for the provision of automated traffic enforcement services. Nestor Traffic Systems, Inc. will install, maintain and operate CrossingGuard® at 2 approaches in the City of Corrigan, Texas and 3 approaches in the City of Hudson, Texas under the new contracts. The Hudson, Texas contract also calls for Nestor Traffic Systems, Inc. to provide one mobile speed unit equipped with PoliScanSpeed™ scanning LiDAR technology. Hudson is the first city to select automated red light and speed enforcement in Texas.

The City of Corrigan has identified an intersection on Highway 59 for red light enforcement. School zone enforcement is a priority for the Hudson program.
