Net Optics Announces Addition of Two Vice Presidents Supporting Company's Continuing Growth

Appoints Vice President of Supply Chain Management and Vice President of Product Management


SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 18, 2013) - Net Optics, Inc., the leading provider of Total Application and Network Visibility solutions, today named network industry veterans Ted Pennington as Vice President of Supply Chain Management, and Lee House as Vice President of Product Management. With a wealth of networking expertise and management experience, Pennington and House are poised to address the needs of Net Optics' fast growing customer base.

Pennington brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in supply chain management and manufacturing to his position as Vice President of Supply Chain Management. Most recently, he served as Director of Supply Base Management for McAfee. Under his guidance, the McAfee Supply Base Management team achieved best in class results in lead-time, on-time delivery, COGs, inventory turns, and quality. Prior to McAfee, Pennington served as Vice President of Supply Chain Management for AsteelFlash and Tellabs. He earned a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

With an extensive background in engineering, as well as product and general management, House brings deep industry experience to his new post as Vice President of Product Management. House served most recently as Vice President of Strategy and Product Management at Belden, responsible for the GarrettCom and Hirschmann networking product lines. He has a BSEE from Christian Brothers University, and earned an MS in Computer Engineering and an MBA from Duke University.
