NetBase Appoints Three Senior Executives to Accelerate Growth

CFO, VP of Services and Customer Success and VP of Sales to Drive Enterprise Social Intelligence Adoption

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwire - Feb 13, 2012) - NetBase, the Enterprise Social Intelligence Platform company, today announced the appointment of three seasoned executives to its leadership team including CFO Bob Pape, Vice President (VP) of Services and Customer Success Bob Ciccone and VP of Sales David Yehle. This comes on the heels of NetBase's partnership with SAP to deliver social intelligence throughout global enterprises. The new trio will help accelerate growth through an aggressive go-to-market plan.

New Executive Hires Will Lead Enterprise Efforts

Bob Pape, CFO
Bob has been a CFO at high-tech, venture-backed companies for the past 29 years leading three companies through successful IPOs including Siperian, which was sold to Informatica in January 2010. In addition to the traditional CFO role, he has served as CEO, COO, Division General Manager and SVP of Manufacturing for several companies. He has worked with companies as small as $2 million in revenue and as large as $250 million. Bob developed financial and administrative infrastructures that have helped companies grow from $2 million to $25 million in four years and from $50 million to $250 million in three years.

Bob Ciccone, VP of Services and Customer Success
Bob brings more than 29 years of experience leading customer-facing teams skilled in consulting, delivery services and support for blue chip enterprise customers. Prior to NetBase, he was a VP at Hewlett-Packard for an industry solutions business unit. He was also the CEO of Cydelity, an EVP with ArcSight, a VP with EDS/ATKearney, and a VP with Oracle working in application solutions and consulting services. In his role as VP of Services and Customer Success at NetBase, Bob is responsible for delivering and maintaining customer impact in the company's direct relationships and through trusted partners.

David Yehle, VP of Sales
David has more than 20 years in sales leadership, taking companies from early and mid-stage growth through acquisition or IPO. He was most recently VP of Sales at Zuroa, Inc., where he assisted in the monetization strategies of more than 200 SaaS, IaaS and PaaS companies. Prior to that, he was the VP of Sales, Communications and Media at Progress Software. He also held sales executive positions at Savvion Inc. and Parametric Technology Corporation.
