NetBrain Technologies Named "Cool Vendor in IT Operations Management" by Gartner, Inc.

BURLINGTON, MA--(Marketwired - May 27, 2015) - NetBrain Technologies, creator of the Network Management industry's first Operating System for the Total Network, today announced that it has been included in Gartner's report "Cool Vendors in IT Operations Management, 2015." The report highlights vendors in IT Operations providing intuitive and innovative solutions which tackle the complexities of infrastructure technology management.

According to the report, "for I&O leaders, the complexity of the tools that are supposed to simplify infrastructure technology management is becoming a bigger challenge than the problems the tools were intended to solve." According to Gartner, "the value of [NetBrain's] tool is in its intuitive workflow and easily navigated user interface that simplifies and reduces the efforts associated with designing, documenting, configuring, and troubleshooting a network environment."

NetBrain has been the industry leader in Network Management, providing the first visual network programming environment to automate all types of network tasks with its patented, map-driven automation technology. NetBrain's network management software, which it offers to over 700 large enterprise customers worldwide, is designed to eliminate manual network documentation, automate diagnosis and troubleshooting, and mitigate security risks. Without any scripting, NetBrain's unique apps, called Qapps™, provide network engineers with a platform for customizing automation for virtually any network task.

"It's an honor to be recognized by Gartner," said Lingping Gao, CEO and Chairman of NetBrain. "Serving enterprise customers is not about being cool, but solving the pressing problems in network troubleshooting and network defense. We're proud that NetBrain's technology is behind some of the world's most complex networks; it stands to backup Gartner's recognition."
