Netbriefings Webcast Specialists Team With Planet Digital to Teach Free Workshops on Webcasting Best Practices

On-site and Online Tutorials Will Improve Webcasting Effectiveness

ST. PAUL, MN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 9, 2007 -- Netbriefings, a full-service webcast technology provider that specializes in secure and large-audience Internet broadcasts, will teach two webcasting workshops in conjunction with Planet Digital, a multimedia production firm in Orlando, Fla. The workshops will take place in Orlando on Feb. 22 starting at 11:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST. They will also be broadcast over the Internet using Netbriefings webcasting technology at 12:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. EST.

The workshops are free and will offer a behind-the-scenes look into webcasting, providing a learning experience in a small setting with one-on-one attention. The program will focus on the basics and best practices of webcasting and issues to consider when starting to webcast. Charles Peters and Tom Boutin, webcast specialists at Netbriefings, and David Beatriz, president of Planet Digital, will lead the workshops.

"Our goal is to teach people about all of the factors that go into putting on a good webcast so they can get the most out of it," Beatriz said. "People can't put the technology to good use if they don't know what it's capable of."

The workshops will be broadcast online for all wishing to attend. For more information on the workshops and to register to attend online or in person, visit http://www.netbriefings.com/aboutus/workshops/.

"These workshops are a wonderful opportunity for executive-level managers of marketing, training, human resources and anyone who is looking to see what webcasting can add to their companies," said Gary Anderson, president and CEO of Netbriefings. "Our goal is to help people get more out of webcasting whether they use it for sales, training or anything else."
