NetMotion Wireless to Discuss Remote Team Management Best Practices for Virtual Call Centers

Clarence Foster, Director of Customer Support at NetMotion Wireless, will discuss proven approaches to managing remote workers at the Virtual Call Centers & Home-Based Agents Summit event being held in Denver, Colorado, November 13-15.
