NetSky on Track With Pepperlink Closing

NEW CANAAN, CT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 6, 2007 -- NetSky Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NKYH) announced today that their latest targeted ISP acquisition, (, is on track for a February closing.

Robert W. Thayer, CEO of NetSky, stated, "We are very pleased with the progress we've made towards completing the asset purchase of the ISP, Pepperlink. The migration of the database of subscribers to NetSky's operational platform is complete. Our focus for the next few weeks is to review the billing system and implement NetSky's 24-hour, toll-free technical support solution to subscribers of Pepperlink. NetSky should close on this asset purchase no later than the last week of February. Once closed, the users of Pepperlink will notice a greater level of service and customer support. Once completed, we will implement our proprietary strategy of cross-marketing other products and services to our captive audience of internet customers to generate additional revenue."

PepperLink, founded in 1997, consists of a loyal base of Internet subscribers located in Alabama. As with its previous two acquisitions, NetSky is moving all PepperLink subscribers to its operational platform so that it can quickly lower operational costs to quickly maximize economies of scale. Additional premium services, such as the accelerator software for faster browsing speeds, will also be provided to subscribers of Pepperlink at no additional cost.
