NetSky to Offer Wildgate International Calling Cards

NEW CANAAN, CT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 22, 2007 -- NetSky Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NKYH) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Wildgate Wireless, Inc. to market its competitive line of international calling cards.

NetSky will operate as a master distribution marketer for both retail and online channels. Wildgate will manage all back office operations and revenue tracking for the program, with NetSky and Wildgate sharing the revenue generated from the program. Industry sources estimate US prepaid calling revenues grew from $3.4 billion in 2000 to $5.3 billion in 2005. Industry estimates further suggest sales of $10 billion for calling cards in the US by 2010.

Together the companies will set up prepaid International calling cards that will be promoted through unique advertising banners placed on NetSky's ISP portal pages. NetSky will also market the cards through its various relationships with other Internet businesses.
