Nettel Holdings Shows Steady Growth and Progress Achieved During the Second Quarter

PORTLAND, OR -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 14, 2005 -- Nettel Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: NTTL), Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges (NT7, WKN 727487), shows steady growth and progress achieved during the second quarter.

Here are some key highlights in the 2nd quarter 2005:

--  The installation of another new faster server, technical modifications
    and improvements to the system and its multi-functions.
--  Training of key employees to run and maintain enhanced equipment.
--  Nettel started the second quarter generating revenue totaling $20K -
    $30K per day with profit margins of 7 to 10 percent.
--  During the last 2 weeks of the quarter we have seen an average of $70K
    in daily business.
    
Nettel's technicians are continually testing needed modifications and improving existing formats a little at a time as we monitor all aspects of the automated operation. During the early stages of progressive growth we are now in, there will be plenty of opportunity to find and implement minor positive changes. Nettel is confident in saying by August 31, 2005, daily revenue will reach $100,000 or more per day, seven days a week.
