Netuitive Wins CODiE Award for Third Consecutive Year

Predictive Analytics Leader Chosen for Ability to Assure Performance of Critical Applications in Virtualized Environments

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - May 26, 2011) - All About the Cloud -- Netuitive, Inc., the leading provider of predictive analytics for IT, today announced it has been selected as winner of the prestigious CODiE Award in the "Systems Management Solution" category for the third year in a row.

The award recognizes Netuitive's predictive analytics software platform for solving visibility, performance and application management problems associated with large enterprise virtualization and cloud infrastructure. Powered by its patented Behavior Learning Engine™, Netuitive replaces human guesswork with automated mathematics and analysis to forecast, identify and resolve IT performance issues before they impact quality of service.

131 nominations from 98 companies were selected as finalists from among 395 total nominations. Nominated products underwent an extensive review by judges via live demonstration, trial product access, and analysis of product documentation. 23 companies were announced as winners for the 2011 CODiE Awards during a special luncheon held today in conjunction with the All About the Cloud conference in San Francisco.

Being chosen as a winner is a unique and important distinction, as the CODiEs are the industry's only peer-reviewed awards program. Established by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), the CODiEs recognize excellence and achievement in the business software, digital content, and education technology industries.

"Now in its 26th year, the CODiE Awards continue to recognize those companies providing the best new technology products and services across a broad array of industries," noted SIIA President Ken Wasch. "In addition, its winners are a prolific testament to the power of technology to deliver innovative solutions to businesses and consumers. SIIA warmly congratulates all of the winners and nominees of the CODiE Awards, whose innovation is essential for continuing America's leadership in the global knowledge economy," Wasch continued.

"We are honored to again be recognized by the SIIA for the virtualization and cloud management problems we solve for large enterprises," said Nicola Sanna, president and CEO at Netuitive. "Predictive analytics for IT is moving to the forefront as a must have for enterprises seeking visibility required to effectively manage virtualized applications and cloud infrastructure."

Netuitive's customers include eight of the world's 10 largest banks and several global telecommunications firms that rely on Netuitive to forecast degradations and avoid outages for their most critical applications.

About the CODiE™ Awards

Since then, the CODiE Awards program has carried out the same purpose -- to showcase the software and information industry's finest products and services and to honor excellence in corporate achievement.
