Network Equipment Technologies to Accelerate Adoption of Microsoft Unified Communications Applications With HP

("NET") (NASDAQ: NWK), a leader in network and voice-over-IP solutions, today announced that it has signed a global reseller agreement with HP, through which NET's networking products that support Microsoft unified communications (UC) applications will be sold worldwide by HP. The combined NET, Microsoft and HP solution will help organizations enhance business agility by empowering their people with the latest tools for enhanced communications, including VoIP, video conferencing, messaging, and presence, and allowing them to reduce travel, telecommunications and technology operating costs.

NET's VX Series unified communications gateway (UC gateway) was selected for resale by HP based on its ability to deliver the enterprise-class scalability, integration, interoperability, and security to support the successful adoption of Microsoft's unified communicationsThe integration of NET's product into the HP and Microsoft "Unified Communications & Collaboration" (UC&C) solution set will further streamline communications across messaging, video and voice with connected applications and devices.
