Network Global Logistics Announces Promotion of Scott Riddle to President and Chief Operating Officer

Award-Winning 3PL Promotes Executive to Drive Further Growth, While Continuing Focus on Acquisition Targets

BROOMFIELD, CO--(Marketwire - Oct 5, 2011) - Network Global Logistics (NGL), a worldwide provider of transportation and logistics services, has promoted Scott Riddle to President and Chief Operating Officer. This promotion enables Riddle to focus on executing the company's long-term goals and expanding business units and growth, while CEO Ray Garcia focuses on acquisition targets.

"NGL, under Scott's leadership and vision, has become the premier Specialty Supply Chain Provider in the marketplace," said Garcia. "We've given him increasing responsibilities and leadership positions over the years, and every time, he has driven tremendous results for the company. He understands what our customers want and has assembled a supporting team of industry experts that will drive the company well into the future. Not only have we seen solid top line growth, we have seen tremendous improvement in our earnings. The combination of solid revenue growth and improved efficiencies has driven outstanding overall performance and really built shareholder value."

Most recently, Riddle served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the growth and expansion of the Warehousing and Supply Chain divisions. Those divisions set new performance marks for growth and earnings during his tenure. He has more than 20 years of industry experience in various executive leadership roles. His promotion was official on October 1.

"There won't be any 'settling in' process as Scott assumes the role of President," added Garcia. "He's already intimately familiar with NGL's operations and our customers and really understands how to deliver value for our shareholders and customers alike. The only thing that will change is that his talents will be more widely felt throughout the organization."

Riddle said he greatly appreciates the opportunity to have a wider impact on NGL and its customers. "This is an exciting time for our company," he said. "We have put up exceptional performance numbers despite the worst economic headwinds seen in generations. I am proud of the team we have built here at NGL and our results. I am even more excited about what this team can do in 2012 and into the long term future."

Leland Jones, Managing Director for NGL's capital partner, Endeavor Capital, said Riddle's promotion reflects both hard work and financial performance over the course of his time at NGL. "We anticipate the company, under his close guidance, will achieve even greater market share and profitability," said Jones. "NGL is well positioned for both solid organic growth and to complete additional strategic acquisitions."

Under the leadership of Garcia and Riddle, NGL was recently named the Number One 3PL provider by Logistics Management Magazine -- the "best of the best," determined by reader voting and the magazine's panel of experts.
