NetworkD Group Appoints Cliff Oxford as Executive Chairman

NEWPORT BEACH, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 9, 2007 -- NetworkD Group, the number one global provider of Infrastructure Management Software and Business Process Solutions, today announced the appointment of Cliff Oxford as the Executive Chairman to its Board of Directors. Cliff Oxford has served on the NetworkD Board of directors for over two years and joins six existing board members.

Cliff Oxford has over fifteen years of technology, sales, and marketing leadership experience. The Georgia native graduated from West Georgia College in 1985 with a BS in political science. Shortly after graduation, Oxford started as a UPS driver, and quickly moved on to become the company's youngest district manager at age twenty-three.

After a decade of working for UPS and achieving the title of regional director of IT for the southeast, he left the company in 1995 to start STI Knowledge. Atlanta-based STI Knowledge provides enterprise support solutions to a large client base, including much of the Fortune 500. The global company was named to Inc. Magazine's list of the 500 fastest growing companies in 2000, 2001, and 2002. In 2003, Gartner placed STI in its Magic Quadrant as both visionary and execution leader.

In 1994, Oxford graduated from the prestigious Emory University MBA program. He recently committed $5 million to the Executive MBA Program, now officially renamed the W. Cliff Oxford Executive MBA at Goizueta Business School, to help foster and advance the school's entrepreneurial mission.
