NeuLion Announces Extension of Expiry Date for Incentive Warrants

PLAINVIEW, NY--(Marketwire - October 5, 2010) - NeuLion, Inc. (TSX: NLN) (the "Company"), an end-to-end IPTV service provider of live and on-demand sports, international and variety programming over the Internet, announced today that, as previously approved by disinterested shareholders at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 15, 2010, it would be amending the expiry date from October 20, 2010 to October 20, 2013 in respect of incentive warrants to acquire 5,000,000 common shares of the Company issued to employees concurrently with the Company's merger on October 20, 2008. Each incentive warrant is exercisable to acquire a common share of the Company at an exercise price of US$0.63 per common share.
