PLAINVIEW, NY--(Marketwired - May 28, 2013) - NeuLion, Inc. (TSX: NLN), the leading enabler and provider of live and on-demand content to Internet-connected devices, today announced it will be hosting the next installment of its LIVE broadcast, Digital Dudes, on May 29th and 30th directly from the SVG College Sports Summit show floor in Atlanta, Georgia.
This marks the debut of the show's appearance at an industry event, demonstrating its ability to broadcast live from anywhere. During the two-day event, host and EVP & Co-Founder of NeuLion, Chris Wagner, will be speaking with a variety of thought leaders from some of the world's leading brands in college athletics and digital media business. Each day, six panelists will share their experience and expertise about a wide variety of engaging topics from around the sports, college and digital industries.
"This is a first for our events," said Tom Buffolano, Chairman of SVG College Sports Summit. "It is great for our attendees to see first-hand the live broadcast in action during the conference breaks. Streaming video has become easier than ever, and this is demonstrating the ability to deliver a high quality stream from any venue or location."
Combining NeuLion's expertise and technology with that of other industry leading companies including Sony, NewTek and Live U; all attendees at the conference will have the opportunity to watch each show in person or live directly on their PC, tablet or smartphone device, by registering at www.neulion.com/digitaldudes. In addition, those not attending the conference will be able to catch the live broadcast stream online and interact with them through Twitter using the hashtag #digitaldudes.
"We are excited to take our show on the road," said Chris Wagner. "By broadcasting at the College Sports Summit, we are able to have industry thought leaders speak with us about the topics everyone wants to hear and know about. Viewers both at the event and watching online will be able to take some really valuable information from these panels and apply it to their own digital strategies."
At the conclusion of each panel, an archive link re-running each session will be made available on-demand for registered guests, allowing them to catch up any shows they may have missed during their regularly scheduled time.
