Neuralitic Appoints Luc Filiatreault as CEO

Company planning for significant growth

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 3, 2011) - Neuralitic Systems, the leading provider of mobile data intelligence (MDI) solutions for mobile operators, has appointed Luc Filiatreault as Chief Executive Officer.

"Neuralitic experienced tremendous growth in 2010 and to help us prepare for our future growth we were looking to bring someone with Luc's expertise on board," says Audry Larocque, Co-Founder of Neuralitic Systems. "We are delighted that he has agreed to join Neuralitic."

"Luc has the perfect profile to lead this company as we build on the significant momentum our SevenFlow solution has gained in international markets and enter the next stage of our company's growth," adds Louis Brun, Senior Vice-President Operations and Co-Founder.

Prior to joining Neuralitic, Filiatreault founded and led five highly successful companies in the software and technology sectors, of which two went public within 36 months. Filiatreault brings with him a wealth of industry and market experience. Most recently, he was CEO of Nstein Technology, a developer of semantic analysis software for international markets. Nstein was acquired by Open Text in April 2010. Filiatreault was also a recipient of Canada's "Top 40 under 40", and was recognized by his peers of the IT Action Network as Personality of the Year in Information Technology in Québec in 2010. He holds a degree in Engineering Physics from Laval University.

"Neuralitic is a dynamic and growing company with solid funding, a unique product offering, and a growing presence in the mobile market space," says Filiatreault. "I'm pleased to have this opportunity to play a leading role in its future success, and look forward to building on Neuralitic's impressive track record."

Company co-founder Audry Larocque, is transitioning to the newly-developed Chief Strategy Officer role to focus his efforts on guiding the company's overall strategy. A consummate entrepreneur himself, Larocque has founded and led three companies in the telecom and information technology markets through successful financing and growth. These include Cilys, a wireless software infrastructure vendor which was sold to Openwave in 2005; and Deuteron Acquisition, which became a leader in wireless and RFID solution for municipalities and commercial operations, and was sold in 2006, before he co-founded Neuralitic with Louis Brun.
