Nevoro Inc. to Begin Trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange Under the Symbol NVR on Monday, September 17, 2007

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 12, 2007) - Nevoro Inc. ("Nevoro") is pleased to announce the company's shares will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Monday, September 17, 2007 under the symbol NVR.

Nevoro Inc. is an aggressive Canadian exploration company with a dynamic portfolio of nine projects in the most prolific mineral belts of Nevada. Seven of these projects are wholly owned or optioned and two are currently leased to third parties. St. Elmo, Dome Hill, Silver King and Cross are the prime projects (100% Nevoro), and will be the focus of Nevoro's initial exploration effort.

St. Elmo Gold Project

Situated in northern Nevada, St. Elmo is a district-scale exploration play located at the intersection of the Midas Trough structural zone and a series of northwest-trending faults. The Midas Trough hosts several established gold mines including the Ivanhoe, Ken Snyder and Jerritt Canyon mines with total reserves in excess of 13 million ounces.

The 415 claims (8,500 acres) comprising the St. Elmo project host many small, past-producing operations including the St. Elmo gold mine, the Diamond Jim silver-lead-zinc mine and the Gribble antimony mine. The St. Elmo mine was worked on two levels and reportedly produced high-grade gold in the 1940s. In the Fall of 1990, Harrison Western Mining opened up 70 m (230 feet) of new drift to explore a splay from the main vein. Approximately 1500 tons of material with an average reported gold grade of 11.3 g/t (0.33 oz./ton) was extracted. A 361 kg (795 lb.) bulk sample was sent to Hazen Research in Golden Colorado for metallurgical testing and assayed 80.9 g/t (2.36 oz./ton) gold and 39.4 g/t (1.15 oz./ton) silver with 85 to 90% of the gold being recoverable using a combination of gravity and flotation.

Nevoro has established nine target areas that host both high-grade vein and bulk-tonnage targets, many of which are ready for drilling. These targets include 1) the St. Elmo vein zone comprising several anastomosing gold- and silver-bearing quartz veins and breccia zones with a strike length in excess of 2000 m (6,600 feet); and 2) the Diamond Jim Mine area with mineralized low-angle thrust faults which intersect high-angle veins and structures. In addition to these targets, the project has the potential to host Carlin-style, sediment-hosted gold deposits, as well as tungsten, molybdenum and gold skarn deposits.

Nevoro is currently completing reconnaissance mapping and sampling of the project as well as a tensor induced polarization (TIP) survey. Nevoro has applied for drilling permits, and pending US Forest Service approval, anticipates drilling key target areas in the near future.

Dome Hill Project

The Dome Hill project consists of 147 claims situated on the Nevada-California border, approximately 58 km (35 miles) southwest of Hawthorne, NV in the Walker Lane mineral belt. Four mineralized, northeast-trending, epithermal, acid-sulfate veins have been identified and have strike lengths of up to 2300 m (7,500 feet) and widths varying from 3 to 60 m (10 to 200 feet). Siliceous, hydrothermal breccias in the core of the veins contain up to 31.8 g/t (0.92 oz./ton) gold. The style and intensity of the district-scale alteration zones surrounding the veins suggest the potential for porphyry-style mineralization at depth. Detailed mapping and sampling as well as applications to initiate drilling are underway.

Silver King and Cross Projects

The Silver King and Cross are two neighbouring, district-scale projects situated at the intersection of the northwest-trending Eureka-Battle Mountain (Cortez) trend and the east-trending Midway-Warm Springs trend. Both projects are underlain by Paleozoic carbonate rocks which host many of Nevada's open pit gold mines such as Barrick Gold's 1 million ounce East Archimedes deposit. The projects host a northwest-trending belt of Tertiary, multi-stage, granodiorite porphyry intrusives, which are thought to be the source of the mineralization.

At least five types of mineralization have been identified including siliceous veins and jasperoids in limestone; Carlin-style deposits in calcareous sediments; stockworks in porphyries; replacement zones and skarns in limestone; and disseminated mineralization in altered porphyry dikes.

In the 1980s, The Anaconda Company completed an airborne magnetic survey at Silver King followed by five drill holes to test geophysical anomalies. Hole SK1 intersected mineralization from 143 to 469 m (469 to 1583 feet) including 0.38% copper, 0.24% zinc and 6.2 g/t silver over 27.7 m (91 feet) and 136 ppb gold over 21.3 m (70 feet). Hole SK2 was mineralized from 151 to 506 m (494 to 1661 feet), including 0.17% copper, 0.13% zinc and 11 g/t silver over 110 m (362 feet) and 361 ppb gold over 5 m (16 feet). This mineralization is associated with one of the granodiorite porphyry intrusives and is thought to be marginal to a potentially larger copper-gold porphyry system. The company has completed mapping and geophysical (IP) surveys to establish targets for drilling.

The qualified person under National Instrument 43-101 responsible for all technical data reported in this news release is Mr. Ken Brook, RPG, Vice President, Exploration for Nevoro Inc.

Commenting on the TSX listing, Vic Bradley, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nevoro, stated "For Nevoro, this listing on the premier mining exchange in the world, the Toronto Stock Exchange, is confirmation of the quality of our Nevada-based exploration portfolio and the quality of the people involved in the company".
