New Aberdeen RPO Research Sponsored by The RightThing Provides Detailed Look Into the ROI of RPO

Compiling data from nearly 200 organizations, the report concludes that companies using RPO achieved results that were on par with, if not better than all others. Most notably, the most successful companies adopting RPO saw significant improvements in overall quality with annual increases in client satisfaction and hiring manager satisfaction as well as decreases in time to fill and attrition.

"There is a dire need for education to help organizations build a case for outsourcing recruitment. Therefore, our methodology first sought to determine if RPO is an effective alternative to in-house efforts. Then, we examined best practices exhibited by top-performing companies that are achieving the most gains."

Exploring the dynamics between buyer and provider, the report also found that those with the most successful partnerships established clear accountability, on-going communication across all levels and provided benchmark data and metrics for on-going success. The study also concluded that of those pursuing RPO solutions 77% indicated they would recommend it to peers.
