New Amico Games Proprietary Interface to Substantially Reduce Development Costs and Increase Efficiency

GUANZGHOU, CHINA--(Marketwire - December 17, 2009) - Amico Games Corp. (OTCBB: AMCG), an information technology company specializing in developing and operating mobile phone multiplayer networked games, is pleased to announce that Galaxy Software Limited has completed the R&D of its new, proprietary game user interface (UI), which will enable Galaxy's mobile phone games to automatically adapt to almost all models of Java mobile phones, as well as greatly increase R&D efficiency. Amico has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Galaxy through a share exchange transaction.

Currently, most mobile phone game developers need to develop specialized version of their games to support different models of mobile phones, which is tremendously time-consuming due to the sheer number of mobile phone models on the market.

In order to resolve this issue, Galaxy developed their proprietary game UI, which enables its games to support various models of Java mobile phones. Once a game is downloaded, players are able to adjust the game screen, color style, and game layout to suit their mobile phone. Due to the universal application of the new game UI, Galaxy has reduced its R&D costs by 60% and decreased the game sizes by 50%, which greatly increased Galaxy's efficiency.

"I am excited to see the completion of this new user interface. It will allow us to develop games more quickly and cost efficiently," Mr. Peter Liu, CEO and President of AMCG, stated. "We have applied the new UI to our Java games, and all our Java game players will be able to benefit from the new customization options. Meanwhile, we will be able to complete R&D of new mobile phone games much more quickly so that we can develop more games, thus increasing revenues and shareholder value."
