New Bastion Development, Inc. Subsidiary Receives Feasibility Report

ROYAL PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - Apr 12, 2011) - New Bastion Development, Inc. ("New Bastion") (PINKSHEETS: NWBA) announced today that NB Regeneration, its wholly-owned subsidiary, had previously retained Jacobs Consultancy to develop a preliminary facility configuration and economic forecast for one of its planned fertilizer facilities in Central America. Pursuant to its agreement with the Company, Jacobs has delivered its final report which NB Regeneration believes bears out the financial viability of the project.
