New Board Member to Join Symbility Solutions

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - September 04, 2015) - Symbility Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE: SY), a global software company dedicated to developing applications for the insurance industry, is pleased to announce the pending appointment of Angela Grinstead to its Board of Directors.

Ms. Grinstead is currently the Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for CoreLogic where she oversees the legal function for the international operations as well as corporate transactions, securities, and corporate governance matters of CoreLogic. Prior to joining CoreLogic in 2012, Ms. Grinstead was a senior associate at Latham & Watkins. Ms. Grinstead holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from Stetson University and her JD from the University of Florida.
