Over 20,000 North American utility employees were polled to validate the usefulness of Asset Management software while disclosing the current state of Mobile and Scheduling/Dispatch systems. BRIDGE executives will share the results and insights from the survey at the Maximo Utility Working Group (MUWG) Spring 2016 Workshop, April 26-27, in Detroit, Michigan.

With these surveys and their team of utility industry consultants, BRIDGE is keeping its finger on the pulse of the utility industry. A sample of the survey results includes:
- 86% of utilities stated that improving their current asset management would improve reliability.
- 32% of current Work Management systems are no longer supported by OEM vendors.
- Only 37% are using analytics to predict maintenance.
- Only 20% of small/medium size utilities are satisfied with their mobility product.
- Integration of related systems continues to be a top impediment to WAM projects.
