New Business Win: Callidus Software Signs Another Pharma Customer in On-Premise Subscription Deal

Founder of the Biotechnology Industry to Select Callidus Software for Sales Performance Management

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwire - November 3, 2009) - Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CALD), the leader in Sales Performance Management (SPM), today announced that one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies has selected Callidus' sales performance suite. In this agreement, the second of our new on-premises subscription deals, Callidus Software will provide its sales performance management suite to deliver cost savings and drive sales growth. The agreement was signed in the third quarter of 2009.

This solution will serve 2,900 payees and replace an expensive and inflexible legacy competitor."
