New CEO Takes the Helm as Cint Embarks on Rapid Growth Phase

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN--(Marketwired - Jan. 5, 2015) - As Cint gears up for rapid market growth in 2015, particularly in the US, it has today announced the appointment of new CEO Morten Strand, who has already facilitated the doubling of the top and bottom line of another SaaS company and will now steer the leading provider of global market research tools into the next phase of evolution and growth.

With vast experience in the development of market leadership and a passion for innovation and partnering, Morten will capitalise on the major strides Cint has made in recent years in the industry and lead the firm into rapid growth in 2015.

As former chief operating officer at Visma Software, Morten has a strong understanding of transitioning business processes to achieve optimisation and efficiency - which is synergistic with Cint's ethos.

Morten, who will be based at the company's headquarters in Stockholm, said: "Cint's offering has gone from strength to strength as the company, under Bo Mattsson's leadership, has flourished and always been one step ahead of the industry. Innovation has been a key theme and over the last year or so, creating partnerships has been a real focus for Cint. It is my aim to make Cint the preferred partner for all players in the market research industry."

Morten replaces Bo as CEO, whilst Bo will remain on the board and continue to be a strong influence in the company.

Cint's chairman Sam van der Feltz said: "I am confident in Morten's capabilities to take Cint to the next phase of evolution; his track record is proven but more importantly, his passion and drive for everything Cint stands for is what I believe will enable him to really propel the business forward."
