New Electric Vehicle Charging Video Launched on Department of Energy's "Clean Cities TV" Internet TV Channel

TV Worldwide Produces Training Video on Residential Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) That Addresses Important Standards and Requirements for Installation, Inspection Professionals

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - Aug 24, 2011) - Internet TV Network, TV Worldwide (www.TVWorldwide.com), recently completed production and launch of a training video on home installation and inspection requirements for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE). The video was created for Clean Cities TV (CCTV, www.CleanCities.TV), the educational Internet TV channel the company produces, in support of the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Clean Cities program. The video provides vital information for electrical contractors and inspectors as they assist homeowners in ensuring that proper residential EVSE standards, practices and safety precautions are followed.

The video is part of a series of live and recorded educational Internet programs on the Clean Cities TV channel. CCTV was launched in April to support Clean Cities and its mission to reduce U.S. petroleum consumption through the use of alternative and renewable fuels, idle reduction, fuel economy measures, and new emerging technologies.

The new EVSE video features input from experts who have been engaged in the development of standards and specifications for proper design and installation of EVSEs. These approaches are customized to support a full spectrum of residential applications.
