New England Region Kicks Off 2011 With $3.5 Billion in Capital and Maintenance Project Starts, an Industrial Info News Alert

With more than 30 projects added to the books for 2011, the $3.5 billion in first-quarter activity translates to a whopping 118% increase over last year's first-quarter total of $287 million.
