New Features Will Supercharge Interaction HOA/Community Software

Automated Registration and New Marketing Campaign to Speed Customer Acquisition

ALPHARETTA, GA--(Marketwire - March 3, 2011) - F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) has completed work on a major update to its Interaction Community Systems™ community-management software, the linchpin for accelerating customer acquisition and revenue growth.

This new update automates, simplifies and speeds the process by which property managers, homeowner associations and churches register for Interaction. It also adds new pricing options and streamlines the pricing structure to make customers' decision process easy. A 30-day free-trial period will continue, becoming an important component of the new automation.

As part of the kick-off to introduce these new features, F3 is initiating a wide-ranging campaign that includes paid advertising and direct marketing.

"Interaction has always strengthened the connection among community members and their elected HOA board, property-management company or church administration by simplifying the processes for managing communication, making information readily available, networking with neighbors and managers and becoming more transparent in the management of community finances. F3 prides itself on delivering outstanding value and customer service, and this new release takes that to the next level," Chief Executive Officer Frank Connor said. "The new automation allows us to serve more customers without substantially increasing the time we dedicate to it."

Representatives who are considering Interaction Community Systems for their HOAs, property-management companies and churches can still call 770-521-8930 for a free demonstration.

The new Interaction update is one of several moves that the company has made to expand Interaction's reach. A recently sealed partnership with TransFirst, a national payment processor, provides new payment options for existing Interaction customers and is helping in attracting new customers.

New tools designed for managing multiple communities also support F3's continuing strategy of targeting professional property managers. With more than 120 clients and approximately 20,000 end users, Interaction Community Systems simplifies and speeds the processes of accounting, polling, maintenance, reserving and using recreational facilities, networking socially with neighbors, and communicating through announcements, e-mail, and message boards. A voting module simplifies community elections where allowed by state law. The platform's simplicity and time-saving interfaces allow HOAs to stay self-managed, and property-management companies to become more efficient, more responsive to clients and more profitable.
