Mr. Shelby was transported aboard a beautiful Learjet 60, 8-passenger midsize executive jet.
Carroll Shelby was inducted into the Canadian Hall of Fame, the only non-Canadian ever to receive the honor. The charter aircraft is independently safety rated and audited by Aviation Research Group/US and Wyvern Consulting, leaders in independent aircraft safety auditing.
