New Generation Consumer Group Enters Into Distribution Agreement and Joint Venture

WHITTIER, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 30, 2015) - New Generation Consumer Group (OTC PINK: NGCG), a consumer products marketing and media company, announced today it has entered into distribution agreement with Point Hunter Distribution in Chicago, Illinois and a joint venture agreement with Jose Madrid Salsas.

Point Hunter Distribution is one of the largest distributors in the tri state area of Illinois, Kentucky and Indiana. Point Hunter Distribution also has multiple channels of distribution into Mexico. Point Hunter Distribution has agreed to distribute New Generation Consumer Group's Mucho Macho brand to retailers in the tri state area. New Generation Consumer Group plans to aggressively expand the number of representatives it has under contract in an effort to increase sales.

Chief Operating Officer, Phil Longoria said, "As we ramp up and expand our distribution for the spring and summer seasons we expect to see an increase in the number of retailers carrying the Mucho Macho brand. This new agreement with Point Hunter Distribution, along with the recent agreement we entered into with Arion International, will give us more distribution points as we move our Mucho Macho line east across the nation."

In a separate agreement, NGCG has entered into a joint venture to have its Mucho Macho Salsa produced by Jose Madrid Salsas. Jose Madrid Salsa was established in 1987 and currently makes 20 different types of gourmet salsas. Jose Madrid Salsa also has a fundraising division that helps raise funds for local charities and schools, giving school children a healthier alternative, other than candies, to raise funds for their school or teams.
