New Hampshire Thrift Bancshares, Inc. Renames Itself Lake Sunapee Bank Group

NEWPORT, NH--(Marketwired - May 29, 2015) - New Hampshire Thrift Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: NHTB), the holding company for Lake Sunapee Bank, today announced the change of the Company's name to Lake Sunapee Bank Group (NASDAQ: LSBG). The name change was recently approved by the Company's stockholders at the Annual Meeting held on May 14, 2015.
