VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Nov. 18, 2013) - New Hana Copper Mining Ltd. ("New Hana" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:HML) is pleased to announce the results of the Annual General and Special Meeting ("AGSM") which was held on November 12, 2013, in Vancouver, BC.

All resolutions presented to the Company's shareholders at the 2013 AGSM, including resolutions approving the board size, board membership, appointment of auditors, amendments to the Company's stock option plan and the adoption of Advance Notice Provisions were approved by the shareholders. The Company wishes to welcome Dr. Humphrey Mathe as newly elected Director. Re-elected as Directors of the Company are Marek Kreczmer, Anton Esterhuisen, Darryl Yea.
