New Home Sales on Target at WCI Communities' Heron Bay

Nearly 50% of Phase One and Phase Two Homesites Under Contract

BONITA SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwire - Aug 23, 2011) - WCI Communities announced today that new residential sales are on target to meet projections with nearly half, 49%, of Phase One and Phase Two homesites now under contract in Parkland's Heron Bay. WCI began sales of its 196 new homes in the prestigious community of Heron Bay, which is located on Coral Ridge Drive, just west of the Florida Turnpike and I-95, in May. Forty homes are currently under contract with Phase III homesites to be released soon.
