New HPC Tenants Grab Emmy Nomination and Produce King Pin Movie While Old HPC Tenant Keeps Kids Curious

New Tenants of Hollywood Production Center Receive Emmy Awards Nomination for Da Vinci's Demons and Begin Pre-Production of King Pin Movie While Long-Time Tenant, Universal, Continues to Capture the Attention of Kids With Its Animated Production of Curious George

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - October 01, 2013) - Two new Hollywood Production Center tenants are already making their marks in the entertainment industry. Da Vinci's Demons is a hit Starz television series which aired its first season show in April of 2013 to over 1 million U.S. viewers. The show's success netted the production team with Emmy Awards nominations in the three categories of Outstanding Special Visual Effects in a Supporting Role, Outstanding Main Title Design and Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music. Nabbing two wins (the Outstanding Special Visual Effects in a Supporting Role award went to the Cinemax production of Banshee), Starz gained encouraging momentum towards their second 2014 season which is currently in production.

The second newly arriving client to take up residence in the fully serviced offices of Hollywood PC building is the production crew for the new film 7 Days as a King Pin. The anticipated film is currently in the pre-production phase with Paul Bunch set as the movie's director who has previously only written and directed short films. The lead character of 7 Days as a King Pin will be Eric Balfour who is wrapping up filming for the hit SyFy television series Haven.

Long-time Hollywood Production Center tenant, Universal, is also continuing to reveal how their executive office suite at the high quality HPC production facilities is helping them to realize their goals. Since 2006, the animation team has been producing and broadcasting episodes of the popular children's book series Curious George on PBS Kids from its HPC home. The show is currently televising its 7th season to international viewers mainly in the preschooler demographic range of 2 to 5 year olds. More than 15 countries can air Curious George which continues to gain popularity.

Hollywood Production Center provides its clients with state-of-the-art executive office space and creative atmosphere where they can thrive.
