Benson has significant international experience as well as hands-on experience in all HR functions. Most recently, he spent seven years as a Senior HR Director at Hewlett-Packard. While there, he was a leader in the corporate-wide implementation of an HR management system across hundreds of thousands of employees located in more than 100 countries. He also had overall accountability for leading the HR diligence, transition, and early integration activities for more than 30 global acquisitions and divestitures for the company ranging in size from three employees to 150,000 employees and $13 billion in value. Prior to HP, Benson worked for Intel Corporation and Nalley Foods. He has an MBA from Arizona State University and a bachelor's degree in business from St. Martin's college.
