New Investor Relations Seminar Reveals Why $798 Million is Being Invested in the Quartier Vanier

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 15, 2014) - One of Ottawa's up and coming commercial areas is about to undergo major change. On April 16 starting at 6:30 PM, the Quartier Vanier BIA will host it's very first Investor Relations Seminar at Zuffa Home, located at 81 Montreal Road, East of the Cummings Bridge, between the Vanier Parkway and North River Road, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.

"In the last 5 year, a gentrification trend is clearly happening in Vanier, similar to Hintonburg in the early 2000s", indicates Mark Kaluski, the BIA's Chair of the Quartier Vanier Board of Management and owner of Monson Deluxe Cleaners on Beechwood Avenue. Investors, financiers, business and property owners along with real estate representatives are invited to a presentation by Barry Nabatian, from Shore-Tanner and Associates who has just completed market research studies, describing new economic trends and growth opportunities in the Quartier Vanier BIA.

Stats and facts will be presented on a variety of new findings that will help define the commercial zone. Located along Beechwood, Montreal and McArthur mainstreets, from the Rideau River to St. Laurent Boulevard, the QV BIA expanded its boundaries in 2013 and now includes over 500 members. The seminar, hosted by the BIA, will include many potential investors, elected officials and municipal staff to the presentation.
